Are you a serial scarf-knitter? Interested in tackling a bigger project with some shaping? Try a sweater!
We will be learning to make a top-down seamless sweater (no sewing it all together at the end!). You'll have two weeks between classes to finish your yoke, the second class will get you knitting the body, and lesson three is for sleeves.
We'll be using Diane Soucy's popular top-down patterns, with a choice of several different weights. Choose a Bulky one for a quicker knit, a finer one for a lighter weight sweater.

Note: amount of yarn and needles needed will vary greatly depending on the sweater you choose and the size you're making - talk to us for help.
Another note: to get the most out of the class, please complete your gauge swatch beforehand and come in to the shop to have Reena or Danielle check it for you. If you come on a Wednesday or Saturday you'll find one of them here. Before the first class, you will cast on and knit the neck ribbing on your own.
For help with any of this, stop by the shop or attend one of our clinics before the class.
