Hem Your Pants!!!
Tired of pants that are too long? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to measure, pin, and sew a clean, professional-looking hem—no sewing experience needed! Bring a pair of pants and leave with a new skill (and a better fit!).
Becky will go over both hand and machine hemming. Which you do will be dependent on what type of pants you bring. Dress pants would be hand sewn and jeans, khakis, or heavier materials would be machine sewn.

Safety pins or straight needles
Thread matching (or contrasting - if appropriate) the pants
Hand stitching needle
Ruler
Marking chalk
Scissors (possible)
Scrap practice fabric
All materials (except pants) are available in the shop
*We have sewing machines available to borrow for an additional cost of $20 and they must be booked in advance.
Please add the loaner machine to your order.
If you are planning on using your own machine, please make sure it is good working condition.
