Make your own Temperature Quilt - your own way!

In the December session, you'll be getting everything in order so you are ready to start in January. Bobbi will guide you in choosing your own special block design to represent the high and low temperatures of each day, selecting the fabrics you'll use throughout the year, and organizing your fabrics and tracking your progress so you don't get lost/confused as your quilt grows. She'll also discuss ideas for doing other years other than the current one. There will be paper handouts for fabric and temperature organization, and some fat quarter packs will be available for purchase to get you started on your color set. You will NOT need a sewing machine for this session. 

There will be a follow-up session in January to make sure you are on track, and to get you sewing if you're not quite there yet. Or if you're already on top of the sewing, to make sure you have all the fabrics you need and are organized moving forward. 

We will have an additional monthly check-in session on the second Sunday of each month from 4:00-5:00. This will be on an optional drop-in basis with a $5 per session fee, and is intended as a time to ask questions and get issues resolved, and to see how everyone is progressing!
This will be the second Sunday of each month except for May (due to Mothers' Day); the dates are: Feb 10, Mar 10, Apr 14, May 19, Jun 9, Jul 14, Aug 11, Sep 8, Oct 13, Nov 10, & Dec 8. 

What to bring:
Session 1: Pen/pencil and paper, optional colored pencils, and any ideas you have on what you'd like to do - this is optional, you will be able to make all your decisions during the class!

Session 2: Your work in progress, whatever state it's in. If you wish to sew during the session, you may bring your machine, fabric and sewing supplies.
