Class Change & Cancellation Policies

We understand that sometimes your schedule goes off the rails. These are our cancellation policies, but if you don't find your circumstance here or if you're not satisfied, just get in touch and we'll work something out.

- 48 hours notice or more (before the first lesson) - we can either move you to a later class or give you a refund - no penalty

- Within 48 hours of the class (or first lesson) starting - let us know as soon as you can...if we can fill your spot we will move you to a later class or give you a refund with no penalty. If we can't fill your spot, we will credit you with 50% of the class fee.

- You missed the class & didn't let us know - Forfeit the class fee - sorry! Please understand that we may have to pay extra staff or the teacher, and if we have had not notice, we will still have to pay them. But do give us a call and we'll see if we can work something out.

- You started the class but aren't able to attend one or more of the later sessions - please call us as soon as you know you will be missing a class. Depending on the class, you may be able to attend a clinic before the next class to catch up - the clinics are $12 and are on Fridays and Saturdays. We will give you 50% off the clinic fee.
