Return Policies

We accept returns on everything except cut fabric, as long as it's in the original condition (as in, yarn can't be wound into a ball and must be the original weight; any packaging must be intact).

Please return items in a timely manner...returns will not be accepted after 2 months.

For online orders, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

You may let us know if you would like a refund (via the original payment method), an exchange for new goods, or store credit.
